2008-09: All-CHA First Team selection…Appeared in all 37 games…Led Laker defense in scoring with six goals, 21 assists, and 27 points…Second on team with +38 plus/minus rating, 70 PIM and six blocked shots…Sixth on team in assists and eighth in points…Three-time CHA Defensive Player of the Week… Scored multiple points in seven games…Posted five points and +7 during weekend series Feb. 7 and 8 at Niagara…Notched three-point outing (one goal, two assists Feb. 8 at Niagara…Posted two assists during CHA semifinal vs. Niagara March 7…Assisted on Meghan Corbett’s goal during second period of national semifinal victory over No. 2 Minnesota…Posted four points on one goal and three assists at Colgate Oct. 31 and Nov. 1…Assisted on three game-winning goals during season, two against Wayne State and one at Robert Morris.

2007-08: Played in 37 games with six goals and nine assists...One power play goal and one game-winner...CHA Rookie of the Week March 3. 

Before Mercyhurst: Played in 22 games for the Chimos and finished third in points with eight goals and 10 assists...Was also a member of Team Alberta in 2005 as well as Under-22 Team Canada in 2007-08 ... Played hockey at Fort Assiniboine. 

High School: Played two years for Team Alberta, in 2004-05 and 2005-06. 

Personal: Major is business...Daughter of Brian and Peggy Cockell...Has two older siblings, Ben and Jennifer.
