2023: Appeared in 24 matches, starting five of them while appearing in a team high 89 sets.  She finished the season with 23 kills, 15 assists, and seven aces.  She also racked up 188 digs, which was good for second on the team.  Had a season high 17 digs three separate times.  

2022: Played all 25 matches, starting 18 of them while appearing in 86 sets. She had 5 assists and 4 aces. On defense, she had 89 digs this season.

2021: Appeared in 10 matches playing in 23 sets. On offense, she recorded 31 kills while defensively she totaled 12 digs to go along with four blocks.

2020-21: Played exhibition schedule in Spring of 2021 due to COVID-19 Pandemic canceling Fall season.

Major: Biology with a concentration in Neuroscience with a minor in Publich Heatlh

Prior to Mercyhurst: An Erie native who was a multi-sport athlete at McDowell High School participating in both volleyball and softball.  In volleyball, she helped the Trojans to four straight District-10 titles. As an individual Bechtold picked up both All-Region and All-District First Team selections. On the diamond she aided the Trojans to four District-10 titles and was named a region All-Star. Also plays club for EPIC Whiteout Volleyball Club.  

Persona;: Daughter of Charles and Sherry Bechtold ... Has two siblings, brother Ethan and sister Megan.
