The Mercyhurst volleyball team continues their 2025 season on the road in Vestal, New York, playing Binghamton, Bucknell and Canisius at the Binghamton Invitational. They play a doubleheader on Friday, starting with Binghamton in the morning and then playing Bucknell in the evening. The following day, they have a rematch with Canisius in the morning, who the Lakers saw earlier in the year at the Youngstown Invitational.

The Lakers hosted their first set of home games of the season last weekend. Mercyhurst fell to Jacksonville, and bounced back with a sweep of Holy Cross Friday evening. Saturday, the Lakers fell to Saint Peter's in four sets and dropped the rematch with Holy Cross in five.

Julia Shepherd tallied 37 kills and
Andrea Zaric had 25 kills during last week's tournament. They were both efficient as well, as Shepherd had a hitting percentage of .300 across all four games last week. Zaric played her best against Holy Cross, with a .286 hitting percentage in Friday's contest and a .500 hitting percentage Saturdays match against the Crusaders.
Alia Mastromatteo recorded 59 assists while
Alyssa Krause had 57 in last weeks matches. Mastromatteo averages 16.4 assists per game while Krause averages 15.4 assists per game.
