BELL VERNON, Pa. - The Mercyhurst Equestrian Team had an impressive first horse show at the Seton Hill over the weekend. 

They finished in 3rd place out of eight teams in the competition. Jeanette Baker placed 2^nd in Intermediate Flat and 6^th in Intermediate Fences, Grace Denton placed 1^st in Limit Flat, Cheyenne McGuire placed 2^nd in Introductory, Trinity Brown placed 4^th in Pre Novice.

The Lakers will travel to Slippery Rock on Oct. 19th.
