Erie, Pa. - This Saturday, the Mercyhurst Lakers are poised for a showdown against Seton Hill in the GMAC Championship game, a contest that promises intensity and high stakes. Coming off a resounding 23-11 victory over Walsh in the semifinals, the Lakers hold an impressive 12-4 record and remain undefeated in conference play with an 8-0 mark. The championship game, set to be held at Saxon Stadium, is the culmination of a season where both teams have shown remarkable prowess and resilience.

The Lakers have been dominant in their conference, illustrated by their unblemished record and their comprehensive win against Walsh, where Ethan Landymore and Jeremi Phoenix-Lefebvre played pivotal roles, scoring multiple goals.
