Women's Soccer Plays to Scoreless Match with Lock Haven

LOCK HAVEN, Pa. – The Mercyhurst women's soccer team played to a scoreless match with Lock Haven on Sunday during non-conference action.
 
In net, Vilde Wold made seven saves for the Lakers while Karly Trillhaase made four saves for the Bald Eagles.
 
Mercyhurst freshman Taryn Baxter, Amber Thomas, Alyssa Otto and Sydney Snyder had the four shots on goal.
 
Both teams had six corner kick opportunities.
 
The Lakers open up Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference action on Sept. 11 when they travel to Edinboro for a 6:00 p.m. game.
