Otto Scores, Wold Earns Fifth Shutout in Lakers 1-0 Win over Seton Hill

ERIE, Pa. – Alyssa Otto scored while Vilde Wold picked up her fifth shutout of the season as the Mercyhurst women's soccer team defeated Seton Hill 1-0 during Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference action on Saturday at Saxon Stadium.
 
Otto scored during the 21st minute to get Mercyhurst on the board and eventually a 1-0 win. She dribbled the ball towards the net and beat Seton Hill goaltender Elyza Herzing-Pilatowski.
 
Wold was perfect in net for the second straight game with six saves for Mercyhurst. Herzing-Pilatowski made nine saves.
 
The Lakers held a 10-6 shots on net advantage and a 5-4 edge in corner kicks.
 
Mercyhurst is back in action on Oct. 2 when they travel to Clarion for another PSAC contest at 7:00 p.m.
