• Jason Massey had a double-double, totaling 32 points and 11 rebounds, as the Mercyhurst men's basketball team dropped a 92-91 double-overtime contest to PSAC opponent Slippery Rock on Saturday at the Mercyhurst Athletic Center.  MiyKah McIntosh added 22 points and Nelson Maxwell chipped in with 10 for the Lakers (8-3, 3-3). Edvaldo Ferreira had eight rebounds and Derrick Ellis Jr. made five assists.
• Four MU players average above nine or more points. Massey leads the Lakers with 16.5 points per game. MiyKah McIntosh (11.2), Nelson Maxwell (9.91) and Trystan Pratapas (9.55) are among the team leaders in scoring.
• Trystan Pratapas leads the PSAC in three-point field goal percentage (.551) and is second in the country. Patrick Smith leads the team in rebounds with 3.4 per game and is ranked ninth in the conference.
• As a team, Mercyhurst leads the PSAC in defense and ranks second in the country only allowing 61.3 points per game. MU also leads the PSAC in scoring margin (19) and field goal percentage (.437) per game.
• Indiana (Pa.) leads the all-time series against the Lakers 24-8. Mercyhurst is 8-7 at home and will look to improve that record to nine on Wednesday.
