ERIE, Pa. – The Mercyhurst women's soccer team fell 2-0 during Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference action against Kutztown on Saturday at the Mercyhurst Soccer Field.
 
Vilde Wold made five saves in net for Mercyhurst (5-4-1, 3-4-1 PSAC).
 
During the second half Emily Zwiercan scored two goals, less than seven minutes apart, to earn Kutztown (8-2-0, 6-2-0 PSAC) the win.
 
The Golden Bears held a 17-6 shot advantage. The Lakers had a 9-2 edge in corner kicks.
 
Mercyhurst is back in action on Oct. 3 in California, Pa. for a PSAC matchup with California (Pa.) at 7:30 p.m.
