ERIE, Pa. -- The 21st-ranked Mercyhurst women's lacrosse team will host Bloomsburg in a first-round matchup on Tuesday, May 1, in the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference Tournament. Opening draw is scheduled for 4 p.m. at Tullio Field.

The Lakers defeated the Huskies in the preseason, 14-9, at Bloomsburg on Mar. 17.

Mercyhurst (11-5, 9-3) is the third seed in the PSAC while Bloomsburg (10-7, 6-6) enters as the six-seed. The Lakers have played in the last four PSAC Tournament finals. They will make their 10th consecutive appearance in the conference tournament while BU is appearing in its first PSAC Tournament since 2015.

Admission to the game is $10 for adults and $5 for students and seniors. Students from PSAC schools will be admitted free (must present ID).
