The Mercyhurst women's ice hockey welcomes Bemidji State to the Mercyhurst Ice Center on Dec. 7-8. Puck drops at 6 p.m. on Friday and 1 p.m. on Saturday.
Beef & Beatles Fundraiser
The Lakers annual fundraiser will take place on Saturday, Dec. 8. Following the contest, join the Lakers in the Library Great Room for a meet and greet at 4 p.m. Immediately followed by a Steak Dinner and Open Bar and live auction at 6 p.m.

The Lakers traveled to Union on Nov. 26 and came back with a 5-2 non-conference win.

Michele Robillard tallied the other Laker goals.

Previous Matchup
The Lakers and Beavers met for a weekend series in Bemidji, Minn., last season in January. The Lakers feel 2-1 in overtime on Tuesday before winning 2-1 the next day.
Dobson, Knott, Robillard and Celine Frappier had points for Mercyhurst. Between the pipes,
Kennedy Blair made 28 saves in the overtime loss while McDonnell made 32 saves the next day.
Emily Bergland, Kara Werth and Haley Mack picked up points for Bemidji.
In net, Lauren Bench made 17 saves during the Beavers win.

Mercyhurst leads the all-time series 11-3-2, including a 3-2-0 edge in the last five contests.
Scouting Bemidji State
The Beavers are coming into the weekend series with a 4-12-1, 4-7-1 record. They are coming off of a weekend sweep of St. Cloud, winning 3-0 and 2-0.
Mack recorded a hat trick during the Beavers 3-0 win and scored one of the Beavers two goals on Saturday. Bench recorded two shutouts with 37 saves.
Clair DeGeorge is leading the Beaver roster with nine points. Close behind are Bergland with eight points and Mack with six.
Kerigan Dowhy has earned a 2-7-0 record with a 3.31 goals against average and .895 save percentage. Bench has a 2-5-1 record, 2.37 GAA and .905 save percentage with three shutouts. Lexi Baker has played 12 minutes while recording five saves on six shots.
Bemidji is ranked 30th on the power play with 10.9 percent and 11th on the penalty kill going 88.9 percent.

Nuutinen is on top of the Laker roster with six goals and 12 points. Knott is next with 10 points while they are followed by
