Box Score 2 CLERMONT, Fla. -- The Mercyhurst softball team split its final two contests at The Spring Games, falling to Missouri-Saint Louis, 10-3, before ending the trip with a 1-0 victory over Saint Rose on Wednesday.

Rachel DiBartolomeo batted 2-for-3 with a homer, triple and two RBI while
Emily Hair added a 2-for-3 game with one RBI and one stolen base against Missouri-Saint Louis.
After falling behind 1-0, the Lakers evened the score in the second when
Jamie Ward tripled and then scored on Bartolomeo's three-bagger.
UMSL then answered with one run in the third, six in the fourth and one in the fifth to take a 9-1 lead.
Mercyhurst tacked on its final two runs in the fifth and sixth frames. DiBartolomeo homoerd in the fifth and Hair smacked an RBI single in the sixth.

A sacrifice fly by
Jolene Teller accounted for the game's only run as winning pitcher
Anna Cochis spun a five-hit shutout.
DiBartolomeo had a one-out single in the Laker first. She stole second base and advanced to third on an error before scoring on Teller's flyout.
In the seventh inning, Cochis induced a game-ending popout with runners on first and third.
