2017: One of three Lakers to start and play in all 47 games…second on the team in batting average (.344), first on the team in runs (39), hits (54), doubles (10), triples (five), homeruns (11), RBIs (39), total bases (107) and stolen bases (24) …recorded a .682 slugging percentage and a .390 on-base percentage…posted 71 putouts in the field.
2016: One of three Lakers to start and play in all 36 games…led the team in batting average (.433), runs (34), hits (55), doubles (11), homeruns (10), RBIs (38), total bases (98) and stolen bases (16) – also was one-of-three players to record a triple…recorded a .772 slugging percentage and a .455 on-base percentage…posted 44 putouts in the field.
2015: Made 43 game appearances, starting all 43…recorded a team-high 42 hits in 136 trips to the plate…batted .309, scoring 30 runs and driving in 20…hit five doubles, two triples and five homeruns…had a team-high 66 total bases and led the team in stolen bases with 16…recorded a .923 fielding percentage with 46 putouts from the outfield.
2014: Appeared in 42 games, starting in 41… finished with an average of .256 with 31 hits… drove in 13 runs and crossed the dish 22 times… finished second on the team in doubles (7) and led the team in triples (2)… collected 42 total bases and had a .311 on base percentage… went 7-for-9 in stolen bases… collected 46 putouts and had one assist as an outfielder… collected first collegiate hit against Queens on 2/8… recorded a season-high three RBIs twice (Queens, 2/8; Bemidji State, 3/14).
High School: Played Softball, Basketball and volleyball… In softball was named the 2011 Dream Team Catcher, 2012 First Team All-Region catcher, Meadville Tribune Player of the Year, and Region 3 Player of the Year, Second Team All-State and in 2013 was named First Team All-Region Catcher, Region 3 Player of the year, District 10 All-Star catcher, and First Team All-State catcher… in Basketball she received 2012 Second Team All-Region Catcher, 2013 First Team All-Region and District 10 Dream Team… She received the 2012 Second Team All-Region setter and was awarded a spot on the 2013 First Team All-Region as a setter… throughout the summer was a part of the Tri City Thunder organization.
Personal: Plans on studying Sports Medicine with a concentration on Pre-Physical Therapy… Is the daughter of Tammy and John Nishnick… has five siblings, three brothers Michael, Anthony, Zachary and two sisters Ariann and Ashley.
