The Mercyhurst volleyball team will host its last two Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference games of the regular season when they hold contests against Edinboro and Slippery Rock. The Lakers are coming into this contest after dropping a match to cross town rival Gannon in three sets on Tuesday. Mercyhurst (10-17, 5-11 PSAC) is currently ranked third in the PSAC Northwest division falling behind first place Gannon, second place Edinboro (20-8, 9-7 PSAC), and are ranked one place ahead of fourth place Slippery Rock (11-17, PSAC 3-13).

Mercyhurst is led by
Shelby Chesko who has recorded 279 kills for a 2.79 kills per set average she has contributed a pair of aces and 56 blocks of which six were solo.
Katie Baird has produced 217 kills for a 2.24 kills per set average, 14 block assists and 28 aces.
Alyssa Zirnheld has recorded 202 kills for a 2.20 kills per set average she has notched 27 aces, and 25 blocks on the season.

Makayla Mollé leads assists and aces for Mercyhurst with 557 and 36 respectively.Â
Hannah Vuylsteke has led digs all season with 412, she has added 25 aces.
Alyssa Kling has notched 73 blocks 10 of which are solo.

The Fighting Scots walk into this contest on a five game win streak earning their last loss against West Chester.

Edinboro (20-8, 9-7 PSAC) is led by Cierah Jackson who has posted 333 kills for a 3.70 kills per set average, she has contributed seven aces and 41 blocks. Challen Litwiler has recorded 287 kills for a 2.79 kills per set average, she leads aces with 36, and has contributed 30 blocks. Tessa Sikora rounds out the top three players with 140 kills for a 1.39 kills per set average.

Slippery Rock (11-17, 3-13 PSAC) is on a two game loss streak dropping contests to Kutstown and Edinboro. Erinn Kahoe follows closely with 215 kills, she has contributed nine aces and 77 blocks. Brooke Bostwick rounds out the top three performers she has notched 209 kills for 2.05 kills per set.
