The Mercyhurst field hockey team will host Kutztown on Saturday in a Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference contest. The Lakers are coming to the contest off of a 2-1 victory over Indiana (Pa.), this win pushed Mercyhurst to a 6-6 overall record and a 2-3 conference record.

Nicolette Tomani leads the Mercyhurst offense as she has scored eight goals, and contributed one assist for a total of 17 points. Sophomore
Clare Ahern trails closely with 11 points, having scored three goals and recorded five assists.
Bryna Cook rounds out the top three offensive players recording four goals on the season for eight points.

Victoria Triaga is the primary goal keeper for the Lakers she has played 763 minutes in net over the course of 12 games. Triaga has posted 43 goals and allowed 25 goals recording a .632 save percentage.

Kutztown (7-6, 6-1 PSAC) is led by Kyra Wozniak she has scored eight goals and added one assist for a total of 17 points. Trinity Ponton has scored six goals for the Golden Bears and had two assists for 14 points. Mackenzie Fuhram is the third highest contributor to the offense with 11 points having two goals and seven assists. Chardonnay Hope has been the only goalkeeper for Kutztown she has posted 59 saves and allowed 17 goals, for a .776 save percent.
