ERIE Pa.- The Mercyhurst women's soccer team dropped a 1-0 contst to visiting fourth-ranked East Stroudsburg on Saturday. This loss pushes their season record to (3-2-1).
 
The Lakers (3-2-1) recorded six shots throughout the game. Goalie Kristen Koch was credited with eight saves.
 
Danielle Cary scored the only goal of the game for ESU (1-0), when she found the net after capitalizing off of a deflection in front of the goalie.

Jules Harris was the winning goalie for East Stroudsburg, making two saves.
 
The Lakers women's soccer team will play next on the road on Tuesday when it visits Slippery Rock for a 7 p.m. PSAC match.
