Box Score 1 | Box Score 2 FAIRMONT, W. Va.- The Mercyhurst volleyball team won twice Saturday, defeating West Liberty and West Virginia Wesleyan at the Falcon Fest. The Lakers swept West Liberty before winning a four-game match against Wesleyan. The matches were hosted by Fairmont State.

In the win over the Hilltoppers, Mercyhurst won by scores of 25-23, 25-21, and 25-22. Camille Alvarez had 10 kills, while Nicole Texido compiled 24 digs.

The Lakers closed action at the Falcon Fest with a victory over Wesleyan. They won 25-22, 25-13, 24-26, and 25-21 to improve to 3-1 this season.

Mercyhurst heads to Findlay (Ohio) for three matches next weekend.
