Men's Basketball Heads to Daemen on Saturday

ERIE, Pa.- The Mercyhurst men's basketball team plays at Daemen (New York) on Saturday, November 23. Tip-off for the non-league contest is scheduled for 4 p.m.

The Lakers improved to 1-2 this season, beating Seton Hill, 79-74, on Wednesday. Jean Onana scored a career-high 29 points and Anthony Lytle added 17 first-half points. 

Daemen is 2-2, coming off two losses in California last weekend. Four Wildcats are averaging 10 or more points per game, led by Casey Sheehan at 18.7 points. 

Jonathan Ouegnin leads the Lakers with 13.7 points per game this season. The senior is also grabbing 4.7 rebounds per contest and shooting 63 percent from the field.
