Field Hockey Hosts Seton Hill at Tullio Field Tuesday

ERIE, Pa.- The Mercyhurst field hockey team hosts Seton Hill on Tuesday, October 15. The Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) contest is scheduled for a 4 p.m. start at Tullio Field.

The Lakers are 5-6 overall after winning their first PSAC game on Saturday. They took a 3-2 decision at IUP as Tracey Mason scored in the 66th minute. Jess Wess recorded five saves in the final minutes, preserving the victory.
 
Seton Hill has a 4-7 record in 2013, including a 3-1 loss at Slippery Rock on Friday. Ashley Reid scored the Griffins' lone goal.
 
Blair Pembleton leads Mercyhurst with six goals, while Kelsey Lovelace has five scores. Meghan Smith has tallied four goals and a team-high three assists.
 
Reid paces the Griffins with six goals. Natasha Nichols has dished out five assists, while Autumn Reid has a 1.97 goals against average in net.
