ERIE, Pa.- The Mercyhurst field hockey team hosts Bellarmine on Saturday, September 8, at Tullio Field. The non-league game is slated for a 1 p.m. start.

The Lakers are 0-2 to start 2012. They lost, 3-1, at Bellarmine to start the season September 3. 
Brittney Randolph scored her first career goal in the defeat. On September 5, Mercyhurst fell, 6-2, at #8 Indiana (Pa.). 
Meghan Smith and 
Tesa Ramsdell each scored for the Lakers.
 
 Bellarmine has started the season 2-2. It hosted four matches, beating IUP and falling to Lindenwood and Kutztown. Alex Ojeda leads the way for the Knights with two goals and two assists this year.
 
Saturday will also be senior day for three Lakers.

Megan Richards will be recognized before the contest as they begin their final season at Mercyhurst.
