ERIE, Pa.- The Mercyhurst women's lacrosse team hosts #14 Gannon on Saturday, April 28, at 11 a.m. The Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) finale is also senior day at Tullio Field.

The Lakers are 11-5 overall and 8-2 in the PSAC. They have won their last three contests, including a 25-12 win at Lake Erie College April 24. The 25 goals tied a school record. Mercyhurst has clinched home field in a first-round PSAC Tournament match.
Gannon is also 11-5 overall and 8-2 in the PSAC. It is on a four-game winning streak. The Lady Knights beat Tiffin, 21-2, on April 25, to celebrate their senior day. Gannon has also secured a first round home game in the PSAC Tournament.
The winner of Saturday's contest will earn the third seed in the PSAC Tournament and host Bloomsburg on Tuesday, May 1. The loser will take the fourth spot and host Indiana (Pa.) on May 1. Lock Haven is the top seed and will host the conference final four on May 4-5, while West Chester is second and has a first-round bye.
Mercyhurst features six players with at least 20 goals this season. Freshman Rebecca Himes has 41 goals to lead the way.
Ally Keirn has 36 and
Anna LeGrett 31.
Alisha Catalino is next with 29 goals, while
Kelly Palmer has 27 and
Kayla Minner has 20 and a team-high 16 assists.
Jenny Perkins has an 11.78 goals against average and has stopped 43.3 percentage of the shots she's faced.
The Knights are paced by Jess Fugate, who has 39 goals and 42 assists. Sarah Grzybinski has 51 goals, while Kimberly Neagle has 49. Margaret Maslyn has started all 16 games in net, allowing 10.5 goals per match.
The game marks the final regular season home match for seven Laker seniors-
