Women's Lacrosse Hosts Edinboro Tuesday Afternoon

ERIE, Pa.- The Mercyhurst women's lacrosse team will face Edinboro on Tuesday, March 20, at Tullio Field. The Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) match is scheduled for a 4 p.m. start.

Hurst is 2-2 in 2012, coming off an 18-9 win over Seton Hill in the home opener on March 17. Anna LeGrett had four goals and an assist, while Ally Keirn had two goals and two assists.
 
Edinboro sports a 2-1 record this season, including a 15-11 loss at Lenoir-Rhyne on March 17. The Lady Scots beat American International and Catawba to open the schedule.
 
Keirn leads the Lakers with 11 goals and five assists this season. Alisha Catalino has 10 goals and three helpers. Goalie Jenny Perkins has started all four games and is allowing 10 goals per match.
 
In 2011, Hurst won, 11-7, at Edinboro. Keirn had two goals and three assists in the contest.
