Mercyhurst Handles Mansfield 7-2 Wednesday Night

LOCK HAVEN, Pa.- The Mercyhurst field hockey team defeated Mansfield 7-2 Wednesday night in a Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) West match held at Lock Haven. Katie Erbacher had two goals to lead the Lakers.

Erbacher opened the scoring at 7:55 of the first half. The Mountaineers tied the contest ten minutes later. Serena Slattery regained Hurst's edge at the 19:13 mark, as Kelsey Lovelace and Rachel Sluberski assisted.
