2023: Van Horn was named the PSAC West Athlete of the Year, along with being named to the first team and DII CCA All-Region Second Team. She started all 21 games for the Lakers this season and led the team with 11 assists. She also totaled 9 goals with 28 shots on target.

2022: Was named to the PSAC West First Team. Played all 20 and started all 20 games for the Lakers, scored an impressive total of 7 goals and had one assist. Van Horn had a total of 33 shots on target this season.

2021: Played in three games for the Lakers, firing off three shots with a season-high of two against Cal (Pa.) on 10/6/2.1
