During his time at Wisconsin Green Bay, Coach Fletcher was instrumental in the historic turnaround of the men's basketball program, developing an entire roster of players and contributing to one of the biggest comebacks in NCAA men's basketball history. His professional career overseas further underscores his extensive experience, having played in the UK, the Netherlands, and Slovakia, where he earned multiple league and tournament MVP titles and numerous all-league honors.
