Tucker Ciessau has joined the Mercyhurst coaching staff as a graduate assistant. He is a 2017 graduate of Bellarmine, where he majored in criminal justice and minored in both sports studies and sociology.
Ciessau graduated from Bellarmine as the Knights' all-time goal-scorer and point-getter. He totaled 83 goals and 127 points while tying for second in school history with 44 assists.
Ciessau was a three-time All-Southern Conference honoree, earning First Team honors in 2015 and 2016 and a Second Team honor in 2017. During his freshman year, in 2014, he was recognized on the Eastern Collegiate Athletic Conference All-Rookie Team. Ciessau was also a three-time Academic All-SoCon performer in the classroom.
A native of Scituate, Mass., Ciessau has previous coaching experience with L4 Lacrosse, True Lacrosse and Laxachusetts.
