Brett Olney joins the Mercyhurst Men's Lacrosse coaching staff for the upcoming season, bringing his extensive experience as a former goalie to help with the team's defense.

Brett is a distinguished lacrosse player, having earned 2x USILA All-American honors. In 2022, he was named the GMAC Goalkeeper of the Year, a testament to his exceptional skills and leadership on the field. Over his impressive career, Brett made 50 career starts and accumulated 482 total saves, boasting a .551 save percentage. His performance contributed to a remarkable 34-12 win-loss record and helped lead his team to the 2023 Championship finals.

As Brett transitions to his coaching role at Mercyhurst, his proven track record and deep understanding of the game will be invaluable to the team. His expertise in goalkeeping and defensive strategies is expected to significantly enhance the team's performance.
