Otilia Langston enters her second year with Mercyhurst University in the 2024-2025 season. Hired by Allegheny Health Network, Otilia primarily serves as the Athletic Trainer for the Men’s Ice Hockey Team.
Originally from Saint Paul, MN, Otilia completed her Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science from Winona State University. During her time there, she worked as a Strength and Conditioning Intern for Saint Mary’s University's Ice Hockey teams. Following her undergraduate studies, she earned her Master of Education degree in Exercise Physiology with an emphasis in Sport Psychology from the University of Minnesota. Otilia furthered her education by obtaining a Master of Science in Athletic Training degree from Bethel University, during which she served as a Sports Medicine Intern with the University of Minnesota Men’s Ice Hockey team.
After completing her education, Otilia worked at Jacksonville University in Jacksonville, FL, providing athletic training support for the Softball, Cheer, and Dance teams. She then moved to Erie, PA, to return to her passion for ice hockey at Mercyhurst University.
Otilia Langston's extensive educational background and diverse experience in athletic training make her a valuable asset to the Mercyhurst Men's Ice Hockey team. Her commitment to the health and performance of the athletes ensures that they are well-prepared and supported throughout their season.
