Mercyhurst University Athletics

Haleigh Giebel enters her second season with the Mercyhurst University men’s ice hockey program, serving as the communications student assistant. The Erie native will be responsible for social media and communications aspects for the team.
 
Giebel a high school graduate from the Pennsylvania Cyber Charter School has grown up watching hockey and hopes to become a Sports Journalist.
 
A junior communications major and photography minor, she is the daughter of Joseph and Tammy. Has one brother, Darin.
