Kyle Milligan began his coaching career as a Student Assistant Coach at MCLA where he also was a member of the baseball team and earned All-Academic Honors throughout his playing career. He then went on to serve as a Graduate Assistant at Russell Sage College where he assisted with recruiting, practice plans, and scouting. While completing his master’s degree, Milligan most recently served as an Assistant Coach at SUNY Oswego, where he helped guide the program to 17 wins and a trip to the SUNYAC Semi-Finals.

A native of Albany, NY, Milligan also has strong grassroots experience as the former Head Coach of the Cap City Scrappers 17U team, leading them to a Pro16 Finals appearance in 2025. He arrives at Mercyhurst as a highly regarded young assistant with a growing reputation in the college basketball coaching community.
