Biography

2021 Season:
Appeared in 18 games making 14 starts. Had a .225 batting average while coming around to score nine runs. Drove in eight runs while having two doubles. Was part of seven double plays while making 16 putouts and having 37 assists.

2020 Season:
Appeared in and started all eight games for the Lakers.  He hit .200 (5-25) with seven RBIs and six walks.  In the field he posted a .952 fielding percentage with nine putouts and 11 assists as well as aiding in three double plays.  Cecere also had two multi-hit and multi-RBI games.  

2019 Season: 
Appeared in and started all 52 games. Posted a .244 batting average with 26 runs scored, 18 RBIs, and 4 doubles. In the field he totaled a .973 fielding percentage with 73 assists and 20 double plays. Cecere recorded nine multi-hit and four multi-RBI games.

2018 Season:
Made 25 appearances...batting average of .222 (10 of 45)...recorded seven runs batted in and had a slugging percentage of .267...tallied a perfect fielding percentage (1.000)...

2017 Season:
Saw limited action this year. 

2016 Season:
Played in 10 games...had eight at bats with one hit...slugging percentage of .250 and an on base percentage of .300...


Personal: Born on August 16, 1996… majoring in Biology…Son of William and Gina… has two siblings, Billy and Rudy.

High School: While at Williamsville North, NY, he participated in varsity hockey freshman and sophomore year, varsity baseball junior and senior year, accomplished first-team ECIC, best defensive player senior year…2 school records broken, most consecutive hits in a row and most hits in a season.
