2009: Opened the year placing in the top-20 in back-to-back meets, earning 20th place (20:31) at the California (Pa.) Invitational and 13th (24:15 / 6K) at the Lock Haven Invitational (Sept. 12, 2009)…Recorded a time of 20:16 to finish 77th at the Notre Dame Invitational (Sept. 19, 2009)…Placed 16th with a mark of 24:34 at Slippery Rock (Oct. 3, 2009)…Improved on that time the following week at Carnegie Mellon (Oct. 10, 2009), shaving nine seconds off to finish 20:25 and 17th place…Placed third overall at the Mercyhurst Invitational (Oct. 17, 2009), crossing the tape in 24:29…Took 61st at the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference Championship (Oct. 31, 2009) with a time of 25:12…Closed out the season in 67th place (23:51) at the NCAA Atlantic Regional (Nov. 7, 2009). 

2008: Mercyhurst's third-best runner, steadily improved throughout the season...Competed in all eight meets...Placed 10th at Penn State-Behrend Sept. 13 and ninth at Mercyhurst Invitational Sept. 27...Registered season best 5K at Rochester, running 20:27...Posted personal best 6K time of 23:53 at PSAC Championships Nov. 1, taking 59th place...Ran 24:52 over 6K at NCAA East Regional Nov. 8.

2007: Produced solid freshman season, competing in all eight events...Placed third against Gannon and 10th at the Le Moyne Invitational...Posted team's third-best time at the GLIAC Championships and at the Great Lakes Regional.

High School: Ran cross country and participated on the indoor and outdoor track teams...Competed with school's 4x800-meter relay team at junior nationals as a senior...Ran with the 4x1600 team as a sophomore and junior...Turned in best 5K time of 20:11.
