2008-09: Posted a 4-6 record at 133 before finishing the season at 141 to conclude his first season with the Lakers owning a 5-17 mark (1-7 dual meets; 4-10 tournaments)… won two matches by fall… of his losses, five came against Division I opponents.. placed fifth at National Catholic Invitational, ending the tournament by pinning Gannon’s Ed Marshall in 15 seconds.

Prior to Mercyhurst: Competed at Mercyhurst North East for two years, compiling 44 wins during that time...Team won a regional championship...Glenville High School team won three Senate League Championships and was a district qualifier...Went 25-8 as a senior, 29-7 as a junior, and 9-6 as a sophomore...Also played football in high school.

Personal: Born Sep. 14, 1989...Majoring in sports management...Son of James Henderson Sr. and Donna Thurman.
