2023-24: Played in 38 games for the Lakers...posted a record of 20-16-1 with a 2.19 goals allowed average, a .928 save percentage and 1048 saves...had six games with 40+ saves including a season-high 46 saves against Yale (1/6)...posted six shutouts which was tied for third in the country...picked up her 50th career win against Syracuse (2/17)...skated in her 100th career game during the season...earned All-CHA First Team honors for the second straight year, along with earning the Brianne McLaughlin Award (Goaltender of the Year) for the second straight year...earned CHA Goaltender of the Week four times and CHA Goaltender of the Month once.

2022-23: Played 29 and started 29 games for the Lakers, had 733 saves and had an impressive amount of 6 shutouts. Nystrom had a 0.924 save percentage and she made a total of 1631 minutes this season.

2021-22: Played in 22 games while starting 19 of them on her way to being named Second Team All-CHA. Finished the season having logged 1,154 minutes in between the pipes with a 12-7 record. Posted a .939 save percentage with a 1.87 goals allowed average, both marks ranked within the top 15 best in the country. She had a career best two shutouts on the year. Made a season high 43 saves in the Lakers CHA Semifinal game against Penn State. Was named the CHA Goaltender of the Week four times (10/11-10/17, 10/18-10/25, 1/4-1/10, 1/11-1/18). 

2020-21: Appeared in 11 games in her first season with the Lakers...played 601:55 minutes while having a 5-5-0 record adn having a 2.19 goals against average and a .929 save percentage...after not winning a game in her freshman year at RPI, she picked up her first collegiate win on 2/2/21 against Robert Morris...made a season high 43 saves against Syracuse on 2/5/21...was named CHA Goaltender of the Week once (1/30-2/6)

Major: Applied Intelligence

Prior to Mercyhurst: Went to the Ontario Hockey Academy ... Played her freshman season at the Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute... earned a 3.56 goals against average and .915 save percentage... earned the 2018 WW DIV 1A U18 Most Valuable Player and Best Goalkeeper in Asiago, Italy... named the WW DIV 1A Best Goaltender in 2018 in Vaujany France and in Budapest, Hundary in 2019... won the Norwegian League in 2015, 2016 and 2018... Norwegian Champions in 2016 and 2017... named the Hardest Working Female Athlete... given the Sports Marketing Award... named to the Honor Roll
