2022-23: Appeared off the bench in 7 games for the Lakers, averaging 3.71 points and 0.86 rebounds per game. Her season-high of seven points came against Roberts Wesleyan.

2021-22: Came off the bench in 11 games, playing 52 minutes. She averaged 1.4 points per game and pulled down two boards. Logged a season best four point on nine minutes against Salem on 12/8.

2020-21: Appeared in 11 games off the bench, averaging 2.4 points and 0.6 rebounds to go along with four blocks.  Her first collegiate points came on Jan. 8 versus Miles when she scored a season-high six points in just four minutes.  

2019-20: Appeared in four games off the bench as a freshman.  

Major: Early Childhood and Special Education

Prior to Mercyhurst:  Ran track and field as well as played basketball for Slippery Rock High School.  In basketball was named the 2017 and 2018 Region Player of the Year.  Two-time selection to the All-District Team.  2018 District 10 Champions and three time District 10 Runner-Up.  Also, a two-time All-District selection and a six-time District 10 Champion in track and field.  

Personal: Daughter of Ron and Tracey McDermott ... Relative Elena is a member of the women's basketball team at Waynesburg.
