2021: Appeared in all 11 games making 50 tackles, 3.5 for loss. He also contributed two interceptions, five pass breakups, to go along with a forced fumble. 

2020-21:  Played exhibition schedule in Spring of 2021 after COVID-19 forced the cancellation of the Fall season.

2019: Appeared in all 11 games recording 21 tackles (eight solo), 2.5 tackles for loss, one forced fumble and one interception.  He had a season-high nine tackles (four solo) and a pick at Edinboro (10/12).  Funa had two games with four stops each against Slippery Rock (10/5) and Clarion (11/9).
