2022:
Appeared in all 16 games while starting in five of them. Was a first team GMAC selection as well as a USILA North All-Region third team selection to go with being a USILA All-American Honorable Mention. Scored his first career collegiate goal on 2/12 at Wingate. Finished the season with two scores. Was second on the team with 31 groundballs while adding eight caused turnovers. Had a season high 6 groundballs against Seton Hill on 4/9.

2021 Season:
Appeared in three games off the bench, causing one turnover against Molloy in the season opener on March 7th.  

2020 Season:
Appeared in one game at Molloy on March 7th.

Field of Study at Mercyhurst:  Finance 

High School and Club Info:  Played lacrosse at Pine-Richland High School.  Was an All-WPIAL selection, a two-time All-Section pick, and also a WPIAL Champion.  Played club for Low and Away Lacrosse.

Family Info:  Son of Bob and Christine Scherer.  Has two siblings, brothers Robert and Josh.
