ERIE, Pa. -- The Mercyhurst women's soccer team is thrilled to announce their schedule for the 2026 season. With a mix of home and away games, the team is gearing up for an exciting season filled with competitive matchups and special events.
 
The season kicks off at home Aug. 13 against Oakland, providing fans with an early opportunity to support the Lakers on familiar turf. They will remain at home to face Buffalo Aug. 16 before embarking on a series of away games.
 
The team will hit the road Aug. 23 to take on Toledo, followed by matches against Robert Morris, Ohio, and Morehead State. The month of August concludes with an away game against Louisville Sept. 6.
 
Returning to Mercyhurst, the team will host Akron Sept. 10 and Chicago State Sept. 17. A highlight of the season, the Centennial game, will take place Sept. 20 when the Lakers face LIU at home. This special event will celebrate the rich history and tradition of Mercyhurst.
 
The schedule continues with a mix of home and away games. Mercyhurst will visit FDU for a matchup Sept. 24, returning home to face New Haven Sept. 27. The Lakers will travel for a match against Le Moyne Oct. 4, before welcoming Central Connecticut to their home field Oct. 11.
 
October concludes with away games against Stonehill and Delaware State, before returning home to host Wagner Oct. 29. The regular season wraps up with an away game against Howard Nov. 8.
