BRIDGEWATER, N.J. – The 2026 NEC Football league schedule was made available by the conference office Monday afternoon. The Mercyhurst football team's NEC schedule is highlighted by three home games at Saxon Stadium.
 
The Lakers start conference play Oct. 3 at LIU. The Lakers downed the Sharks 22-13 in last year's homecoming game in Erie.
 
After making the trip out east, Mercyhurst has a bye before hosting defending NEC Champion Central Connecticut State Oct. 17.
 
The Lakers are on the road for the last two Saturdays in October, visiting Robert Morris Oct. 24 and Stonehill on Halloween.
 
November kicks off in Erie for the Lakers as they take on Wagner Nov. 7.
 
Mercyhurst visits in-state rival Duquesne Nov. 14 before closing out the regular season at home against New Haven Nov. 21.
