Niagara, NY. – The Mercyhurst Women's ACHA Hockey team fell 6-3 to Niagara on Saturday. Despite a strong effort, the Lakers were unable to overcome a high-powered offensive performance from Niagara, ending up on the losing side of the contest.

How It Happened:

The Lakers battled throughout the game, but Niagara's offense proved too much to handle. Marina Evert contributed with a goal and an assist, while Haylie Petyk and Jenna Cavalieri each found the back of the net. Ava Whitling played a key role in setting up plays, recording 2 assists.
