Erie, Pa. – The Mercyhurst Women's ACHA Hockey team defeated RMU 5-1 in a dominant performance this past weekend. The Lakers showed their determination and skill, earning a convincing victory.

The Lakers were all over RMU, with Marina Evert leading the charge, scoring 2 goals and adding an assist. Ellie Schau also contributed with 2 goals and 1 assist, while Alexa Kelley added 1 goal and 1 assist. In net, Katie Spindel was solid, making 36 saves and contributing with an assist.
