Erie, PA – Mercyhurst Stunt is set for their home opener this Sunday, February 16th, in exciting double-header action. The Lakers will face off against East Stroudsburg University at 1:30 PM, followed by a 3:00 PM showdown with Muskingum University.

Laker Outlook

The Lakers showcased a mixed performance at the Walsh Tournament last Friday, splitting their matchups. They delivered a commanding 14-8 victory over Tiffin University but were edged out by conference opponent Trevecca Nazarene University, falling 11-3. With a record of 2-4 overall and 1-3 in conference play, Mercyhurst sits in fourth place in the Mid-America West Conference standings.

Scouting East Stroudsburg 

East Stroudsburg has yet to compete this year. This season is their inaugural season as a Stunt program.

Scouting Muskingum 

Muskingum arrives with a 2-1 overall record and a 1-0 conference mark. They secured victories over Walsh (11-8) and Hiram (10-0), though they were defeated by Tiffin (12-5). The Muskies currently top the Mid-America East Conference standings.
