ERIE, Pa. -- Mercyhurst women's lacrosse head coach
Lindsay Weaver is thrilled to announce the schedule for the 2026 season. The Lakers will play six home games and look to make their first ever NEC tournament after finishing 6-3 in conference play last year.

The season kicks off with a series of road contests against Xavier Feb. 8 and Kent State Feb.14. This road trip will test the team early in the season before they return to Mercyhurst for their home opener against Duquesne Feb. 25 at 1:00 p.m.

March is packed with action, featuring regional rivalry games at Canisius and Iona, before the Lakers start NEC action with games at New Haven, Central Connecticut, and Le Moyne.

The Lakers return home after a long road stretch to host Stonehill March 28, beginning at 11:00 AM, followed by another exciting matchup against Wagner April 4.

The Lakers round out a three-game home stand in April against FDU April 8 before heading to Howard April 1. The Lakers earned their first ever Division I victory over the Bison last season, 15-13.

Mercyhurst returns to Erie for a face-off with Delaware State April 18. The regular season wraps up with two key matchups: a home game against RMU April 22 and an away game at LIU April 25.
