Erie, PA- Women's Basketball will continue conference action at home this weekend as they take on Le Moyne College on Thursday, January 9th at 6:00 PM and FDU on Saturday, January 11th at 1:00 PM. 



Laker Outlook 

The Lakers had a big win last week over Allegheny College by a score of 71-52 but fell short against NEC opponents Stonehill College and CCSU, forcing them to a 0-2 start in the conference and a 3-10 overall record. However, their upcoming conference matchups offer an opportunity to build momentum. Bailey Kuhns leads the Lakers in points and rebounds, averaging 19.8 points and 4.7 rebounds per game. Jenna Van Schaik leads Mercyhurst in assists, averaging 3.1 per game. The Lakers rank 9th in the current NEC Standings. 

Scouting Le Moyne

The Dolphins have a 0-14 overall record and are 0-1 in the conference. Most recently, they faced LIU and fell by a score of 59-48. Haedyn Roberts leads the team in points and rebounds, averaging 9.3 points and 6.2 rebounds per game. Eli Clark leads the Dolphins in assists, averaging 2.6 per game. Le Moyne ranks 8th in the current NEC Standings. 

Scouting FDU

The Knights have an 11-3 overall record and are 1-0 in the conference. They recently defeated Wagner by a score of 75-49. Ava Renninger is their leading scorer, averaging 13.6 points per game. Teneisia Brown leads the Knights in rebounds, averaging 9.5 per game. Abaigeal Babore leads the team in assists, averaging 2.9 per game. FDU ranks 2nd in the current NEC Standings.
