This past week, the Lakers hosted St. Cloud for a weekend series. The Lakers won game one 2-0, while the Huskies won game two 1-0. Marielle Parks netted both Laker goals in game one. Sydney Pedersen and Megan McKay added assists on the first goal. Vanessa Upson and Emmi Mourujarvi added assists on the second goal. Pedersen also blocked five shots. Ena Nystrom finished the game with a shutout win and 26 saves. In game two the Lakers couldn't get much going offensively. Sydney Pedersen blocked four more shots, and Ena Nystrom saved 36 shots.
