ERIE, Pa. -- Julia Rescott of women's lacrosse and Josh Surowiec of baseball were named the PPG Paints Athletes of the Week on Tuesday.

Rescott netted seven goals on eight shots in the Lakers 16-12 victory over Slippery Rock on Wednesday. She has collected 10 points in the last two contests.

Surowiec knocked in 11 runs in five games including a walk-off grand slam against Salem on Saturday.
