Box Score 2 GLENVILLE, W. Va. – The Mercyhurst softball team fell twice on Saturday. The Lakers lost 6-1 to Charleston before falling 5-1 to Glenville.

Glenville 5, Mercyhurst 1
Glenville took a 2-0 lead in the third inning before Mercyhurst scored one in the fourth. Glenville then picked up three runs in the bottom of the forth to win 5-1.
Sarah Koscho went 2-for-3 at bat for the Lakers.
Cheyenne Hindman went 1-for-2. Allison DeJidas had the lone RBI for the Lakers.
Hindman went the distance and pitched six innings. She struck out two batters.
For Glenville, Catherine Pelfrey had two runs while Tori Ward, Ashley Fridley and Haley Smith had one run each. Jeri Potter and Paranda Uber both had two RBI.
Fridley earned the win, pitching three innings and striking out three batters.
The Lakers are back in action on Sunday when they play West Virginia Wesleyan at 11:00 a.m. and Glenville at 3:00 p.m.
