The Mercyhurst softball team is set to begin its 2020 season on Feb. 21-23 at the Glenville Tournament in Glenville, W. Va.
 
The Lakers will play Davis & Elkins on Friday at 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. On Saturday, they will play Charleston at 11:00 a.m. before playing Glenville at 3:00 p.m. On Sunday they will played West Virginia Wesleyan at 11:00 a.m. and Glenville at 3:00 p.m.
 
Mercyhurst is coming into the season ranked sixth in Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference West preseason poll.
 
Mercyhurst finished last season with a 9-34 overall and 3-17 mark in conference play. The Lakers begin conference action during their first home game of the season on March 14 when they host Clarion.
