MILLERSVILLE, Pa. – The Mercyhurst women's tennis team falls short in the Intercollegiate Athletic Tennis Association Atlantic Regionals.
 
In the Champs Singles bracket, Naomi Jarh fell to Pastor of Fairmont St. and Nada Ostojic lost to Minchenkova from IUP.
 
In the Singles B bracket, Theodora lost to Hindenlang of UC and Ulyana Trifonova fell to Arias from BSU.
 
In the Doubles B bracket, Jarh and Trifonova defeated Hindenland and Simon from UC to move on to the next round where they lost to Mowrey and Nixon of WCU.
 
The Lakers are back in action on Oct. 5-7 when they play in the PSAC Single/Doubles Championships.
