Women's Lacrosse Snags Important Win Over Seton Hill

ERIE, Pa. -- The Mercyhurst women's lacrosse team took a 13-10 victory over PSAC opponent Seton Hill on Wednesday at Tullio Field.

Key Numbers
  • Emma Hubert was the leading point-getter for Mercyhurst, totaling two goals and three assists. She now leads the team with 51 goals and 58 points on the season.
  • Brenna Fosco added two goals and two assists while Lacey Netti contributed two goals and one assist. Netti hit the 20-goal mark for the season. She ranks second on the squad with 57 points.
  • Paige Cocina and Payton Cook had two goals each while single goals were recorded by Kira Kolb, Julia Rescott and Molly Meegan.
  • Kolb was her usual dominant self on the draw, leading all players with 10 draw controls. She also had two caused turnovers. Kolb leads the team in both categories with 73 DCs and 28 CTs.
  • Marissa Comerate finished with four groundballs and two caused turnovers. Cook added two caused turnovers.
  • Winning goalie Kaitlyn Lippert recorded 13 saves. She has a 3-1 record in the cage.

  • Seton Hill took the initial lead before Cook and Netti answered with goals to put the Lakers ahead, 2-1.
